Toxins

In my quest to live a toxin-free life and have a toxin-free home, I am in the process of removing products from our home that are full of nasty junk. This is a sampling of what is on the way out today.

And this is just the tip of the iceberg. As I look in cabinets and on shelves, I realize just how many things there are that are full of chemicals. I’m inclined to believe that regular exposure to all this crap has contributed, at least in some way, to various health issues faced by myself and my family through the years.

There are a lot of natural products for cleaning. Products that won’t harm your health by using them or simply smelling the fumes from them. Any product that touches your skin gets absorbed into your bloodstream. Why fill your bloodstream with chemicals when you clean?

I now use only natural cleaning products in my home. I use Thieves Household Cleaner from Young Living. I use Norwex cleaning cloths. I also use vinegar and baking soda. Good stuff!

I have a long way to go in this quest. It’s not only cleaning products, but so many other things, including food, drinks, and even the air. I am doing my part to provide a better, healthier atmosphere in our home.
