I made a recipe today for dinner that I’ve made once before. It’s a pasta recipe, never a favorite for Adam. I think Tim will enjoy the leftovers. But, I love pasta and it’s a cold, drizzly day here today, so it seemed like a perfect day for pasta.
It’s super easy to make, using only one pan. I used a cast iron skillet and followed the recipe. I also made some garlic breadsticks to go with it. This stuff is so good! I added pepperoni to one half, I’m not much of a pepperoni fan. And I put sliced olives only on a small portion. I love olives but no one else does.
